Our mission is to teach children about Jesus by partnering with parents for ongoing discipleship and creating a fun, safe, loving experience for children on Sunday mornings.
During our 10:30 am service, we provide worship and activities for children 8 weeks old through 5th grade. We use the Gospel Project for Kids curriculum, which goes through the entire Bible, connecting every story to the one big story: the Gospel of Jesus Christ. All classes cover the same material, just made appropriate for their age group. Together, we sing, play games, hear Bible stories, memorize scripture, and ultimately learn about how Christ connects to all of scripture!
Partnering with Parents
Since Sunday morning is only one hour of a child's week, one of our goals is to equip parents to disciple their children “in the training and instruction of the Lord” (Eph. 6:4) the other six days of the week. We do this by providing resources for parents and holding Parent Commissioning services twice a year.
Copies of The Jesus Storybook Bible and Gospel-Powered Parenting are available for free in our Kids lobby. We also have a list of recommended children's books, parenting books, and story Bibles. Click here to see our recommended resources list.
Our next Parent Commissioning service is scheduled for August 13. Click here to sign up your child for our next Parent Commissioning.
We take every precaution possible to maintain a safe and secure experience for your children. Here are some of the ways we do this:
- Every volunteer is personally screened, professionally background checked, and must have attended for at least six months before serving.
- Our space has only one entrance that is monitored at all times. Volunteers are not allowed to be alone with children, especially in a bathroom setting.
- We have a nut-free campus and only serve gluten-free snacks. All food allergies and medical conditions are noted on the child's nametags.
- Children must be free from fever or symptoms of contagious diseases for 24 hours.
Check-in begins at 10:15 am. If you’re visiting for the first time, you may want to allow a little extra time to sign in and find your children's classrooms. If your child needs assistance, you will receive a text message at the number you provide at check-in.
